Software Updates and Support (SUS)

For all licensed products, the following services can be added directly when purchasing the license:

1 year of all updates and upgrades – from patches to major releases
1 year of user support

These services can subsequently be continued on an ongoing basis through a Software Update and Support Agreement (SUS).

The annual SUS fee is 20% of the base license price according to the current price list.

Support for customer-specific application projects can be agreed separately with us.
